Give Richard Sosa the Farewell He Deserves

Hello, my name is Manuel Sosa one of three sons left behind by the deceased. I am reaching out to the community in hope of assistance in helping my family and I give my father the proper funeral he deserves, as his death was sudden and we are unprepared. On Thursday 6/5/2025 Richard Sosa father of 3 Boys (Richard Sosa Jr., Manuel Sosa and Alex Sosa) born February 22nd. 1957 was a victim of a violent crime while on his way home, just minutes away from the senior citizens center in the downtown Stockton area near Madison and Poplar St around 10pm. He was rushed to the emergency in critical condition as a result of the incident and later succumbed to his injuries on June 15th, 2025. Fathers-Day. The investigation remains on-going.

Richard Sosa was a veteran in the Army, a father of three sons, grandfather to 3 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
