Hello, my name is Lissett, and I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request. My sweet puppy Ralph, only 4 years old, is very ill and urgently needs surgery to have a chance at a healthy, happy, and long life.

Ralph has been diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), a painful condition that affects the spine. The veterinarian explained that without surgery, this disease can progress rapidly and lead to full paralysis of his back legs. Watching him struggle and lose the ability to enjoy the little things he loves—running, playing, and even jumping on the couch—has been heartbreaking.

Ralph is not “just a dog.” He is family. He has been my constant companion, filling my days with joy, love, and comfort. He has an incredible spirit, and despite his pain, he still wags his tail and shows so much love. I know he has so much life ahead of him, and I want to give him the chance to live it.

Unfortunately, the cost of his surgery and ongoing medical care is overwhelming for me to handle on my own. This is why I am asking for your help.
