Dear friends and kind-hearted souls,

My name is Rafeeq, and I am a 35-year-old husband and father to two beautiful children—my 9-year-old and 4-year-old. They are the light of my life, and every single day, I strive to be the father they deserve. But right now, I am facing the biggest battle of my life—a battle for my very existence.

I have been diagnosed with End-Stage Renal Failure due to Chronic Kidney Disease. My kidneys have reached the point where they can no longer sustain my body. My only hope for survival is a kidney transplant, which is scheduled for December 20th, 2024, at Manipal Hospital (Old Airport Road, Bengaluru).

In a selfless act of love, my incredible wife is donating her kidney to save my life. While her courage and sacrifice give me hope, the financial burden of this surgery has become a mountain I cannot climb alone. Our insurance claims have been rejected, leaving us with no option but to pay for the entire procedure out of pocket.

This is where I humbly turn to you. The cost of the surgery, post-operative care, and associated expenses are overwhelming. My family is doing everything we can, but we need your help. Every single rupee you contribute will bring us closer to the finish line and allow me to come home to my family—my wife, who is risking her own health for me, and my children, who are far too young to understand why their father is so unwell.
