Dear Beloved Family and Friends; This is a message written with a heart heavy with both urgency and hope. My 16 year old son is at a a fork in the road where one path leads further into darkness, and the other offers a chance at redemption and recovery. This is not just a request; this is a plea for his very life.

Since the age of 13, my son has fought the overwhelming battle of substance abuse addiction, leaving behind a trail of heartbreak and struggle. But amidst this pain, there has been a glimmer of hope—a transformation he experienced while attending Camp Shoshana in upstate New York over the last two summers. There, he encountered the profound goodness and love of God, moments of unspeakable joy, and a glimpse of the life he could have.

He knows the spiritual path, but he is still searching for steady male discipleship and godly influence to guide him. Without this, he risks falling back into the spiral he so desperately wants to escape. This second chance is not just a desire—it’s a lifeline.

We believe the Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Program could be the turning point. This program offers the structure, mentorship, and opportunity my son desperately needs to find his footing and move toward a victorious future. But we cannot do this alone. The financial burden is insurmountable without support, and time is running out.

I am so grateful to be working with Jeff @ the agency Hennessy’s Angels which has been an anchor for me—helping with my son’s case, transportation, placement, and serving as a liaison with the court. They have been vital in this journey, and now we are turning to compassionate hearts like yours to help us take the next step.

Here is what your donation will help with....

1. Court Appearances that Jeff Hennessey will attend. $2k.

2. Plane Tickets for Hawaii: $3k (one for Transporter round trip, the other for my son one way)

3. Transporter $5500 who will be with my son guiding him and encouraging him the whole way. (My son is familiar with the transporter, he helped out on first transport to treatment).

4. $1150 Food/hotel transition to Hawaii National Youth Guard Challenge.
