Please help us in raising funds to cover a skin graft for Purrcival. Without a skin graft amputation is his only option.
Purrcival was found on March 28th, 2025, as a severely injured stray wandering outside Petsmart. He appeared to have been hit by a car about 3-4 days before he was found. He was taken in and treated for a large laceration on his back left leg. After 3 debridement surgeries to remove all the dead and damaged tissue, the wound is too large to close on its own. He has full functionality in his leg; there is no damage to the bone, muscle, tendons, or nerves, and with a skin graft, he is very likely to fully recover 100% usage of his leg.
Purrcival is an absolute angel. Despite everything he has been through, he remains friendly, active, and a normal playful cat. He loves nothing more than to snuggle with people and a soft bed. He has not let his injury slow him down, and as long as he is willing to fight, we are going to do all we can to give him the fullest life possible.
