My name is Katie and it is with great sadness that Preston and Ava's dad has been given 18 months to live at best without a lung transplant but he has no insurance. I would like to take the kids to TN around December while he is still at a place to spend quality time with them. As a single mom who truly struggles, we are asking for help in getting us to TN with renting a car, gas, place to stay and anything else that may be needed.
