Give Pj a Fighting Chance to Recover!

My son Pj aka Peeps Jr is currently in critical condition at the emergency veterinary hospital. As you may know Pj as well as my other fur babies mean the absolute world to me and I want to be able to do whatever I can to help him get through this tough time. I adopted pj almost 5 years ago. A Good Samaritan brought him into my job when he was so little with the worst eye infections and had to have his eyes removed. He came just 2 days after my cat Peeps had passed. He was so so so loved by so many at VMCLI. Unfortunately he left our yard yesterday then went to chase a cat and was hit by a car, by my neighbor!!! In the 4 years almost 5 years this has never happened and all it took was a matter of seconds for Pj to get out and get hit by a car. My neighbor did not stop because like mostly everyone else on the block he was speeding. Once I heard the news I left my job asap to go to the hospital. If it wasn’t pj it was going to be a stray cat and who would be their voice? If it wasn’t a cat would it be kids walking to or from school? He needs to be held accountable for this. But in the meantime I am asking everyone if you can please help pitch in with anything you can to contribute to his veterinary bills. I want to give him a fighting chance if I feel as if he has a chance to get past this and go into surgery to help his broken pelvis. He is going to need continued care. Please anything would be greatly appreciated. As of right now we are at about $13k if he does do better by tomorrow morning we would like to continue with his care and that will be another $3-$4k and if he is able to get surgery that’s another ~$8k. So if anyone can contribute to his care I would appreciate it so much.
