Hi I’m Diana Garrison trying to help Rick (Pappy) Stief get an electric wheel chair. He has been through a number of surgeries over the last six months.. the second to last leaving him paralyzed from the waist down.. the doctors severed his spinal cord nerve leaving him permanently wheel chair dependent!!
