We managed to find this dog on the streets of Tecate. This was after someone posted him but no one could help. We decided that wasn’t good enough. He deserved a chance at life. We named him Oso.

He has anemia, mange and Erhlicia. He is in bad shape but we made a promise to try to help him beat the odss. Would you please help us help him with any monetary amount. We would greatly appreciate it.
