My name is Mary Faneye, and it is with a heavy heart that I am sharing the devastating news of my mother, Oluwafunke Grace Faneye, passing away at the age of 47.

Unfortunately, on Monday, June 23rd, my mother passed from Stage 4 metastatic cancer. She had been in critical condition for about a week battling cancer, but sadly she did not make it.

My mother was a selfless, caring, and strong woman. She had a very welcoming and open heart to everyone around her and gave so much of herself to others. Currently, my younger siblings and I are faced with the emotional pain of this loss and the financial challenges of planning her funeral. We are hoping to raise $25,000 to help cover her funeral expenses and give her a loving and heartfelt farewell she truly deserves.
