Please help Obi get back on his feet

Hello, we are Victoria & Vincent Strojan, the parents of Obi. Obi is a 1 year old Border Collie with a ton of energy. He loves to run, play fetch, and play with his brother Yoda. He’s such a sweet boy who gives gentle hugs to anyone he meets. Last night he got a little too curious, got out of the gate, and was struck by a car. The car never stopped. He ruptured his spleen and broke his leg. He’s currently in stable condition and should recover from the spleen injury, but his broken leg is the issue. PennVet can do the orthopedic surgery. They’re gave us an estimate of $8000-$10,000. We’ve already exhausted all of our resources and invested $5000 thus far. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Someday and somehow we will pay it forward.
