Give Nina a Gift and Help Fund her Surgery

Hi! my name is Nina I am 3-4 year old Cane Corso and I need surgery on my right leg. This is my life story so far.

I was rescued by my Mom from the Cambria County Humane Society a year and a half ago when I was almost 2 years old. I was a forced surrender after I was found living in a van in the summer with only a fan and an extension cord to the house; I apparently had been passed around prior to being found in the van. I spent 8 months with The Humane Society and during that time, I was spade and the found that I had my first torn ACL that would require surgery. I also did not wake up from anesthesia with nice manners and the vet wanted to put me down due to my breed. Because of that I was not able to go up for adoption. A nice woman that volunteered there put me on her Facebook page looking for a foster home and that's when my Mom found me. She drove 8 hours just to pick me up!

I was a scared sour patch child at first, but my Mom was patient with me and I learned to trust her. My Mom worked with me and learned that I was very cared of men along with some other triggers that frighten me. She then scheduled my 1st TPLO surgery in January 2023. I tried to be brave, but it was hard. After my 12 weeks of recovery, Mom and I began training and working everyday. We both struggled some days. Then God sent us Ryan Russell (P3 canine & obedience training). Ryan was very patient with the both of us and taught us about my body language and now with consistent daily training I have gained confidence and have become a good girl. I even have 3 four legged friends now!

At this time Mom and I need some help. My right back leg is very sore and the doctor told us that I tore my ACL on my right leg. I have been scheduled for surgery on October 1st, since the vet said that I had a 50% chance of injury to my other leg after my previous surgery. Surgery alone is gong to cost Mom 8200.00, which does not include the follow up x-rays, exams and medicine. My mom will always find a way to pay for me, but I am asking if anyone would like to help her out and contribute to help pay for my surgery.
