Our family has walked through some incredible highs and lows this week. What began with heartbreaking news quickly shifted into a miracle only God could orchestrate. After being told Daddy’s condition was inoperable with no cure, the biopsy results have now confirmed lymphoma — a cancer that is treatable.

We give God all the glory for this second chance.

He will be undergoing a PET scan to determine the exact stage and guide the treatment plan. As we move forward, our family is fully committed to supporting his healing on every level. We will be pursuing both medical treatment and natural care to strengthen his body, improve his comfort, and give him the very best chance at recovery.

Because I am Daddy’s full-time caregiver right now, my ability to work has been drastically reduced. At the same time, Daddy has suffered a major financial blow — three of his rental units, his primary source of income, are currently empty. This has created a real hardship during an already overwhelming time.

This GoFundMe was created to help bridge that gap. Our goal of $8,000 will help us:

    •    Cover the loss of rental income

    •    Offset my reduced income while caring for Daddy

    •    Purchase natural health supplies and medical essentials he needs

    •    Maintain monthly bills and living expenses

    •    Ensure we can focus on his healing without constant financial pressure

Even in the midst of this storm, God has surrounded us with unbelievable support. Our family has rallied together in every way possible, and our community has shown up with prayer, love, meals, encouragement, and generosity. We feel held. We feel supported. And we know we are not walking this alone.
