I'm Ms. Consuela's daughter. I live with her and help care for her in her older age, just as she cared for me when I was little. We live simply, not beyond our means. We haven't had a car, but now we need one.

Mama can’t walk anymore because of poor circulation to her legs and feet. But if we can buy a used car, I can take her to her medical appointments, and wherever else she needs to go.

We don't need anything new or fancy. Just a reliable old beater will do. I’m trying to raise $9,000 to be able to purchase a used car, and hopefully I won't even need that much. As soon as we've raised enough money to buy a car we can count on (no matter how ugly it is!), I'll take this campaign down, and bless everyone who helped me.

I will be very very grateful for any donations. I know just about everyone is struggling these days. We truly have to turn to our community for help, and when you're in need, I hope to be able to return the favor.
