Moose isn’t just another dog.

He’s a former foster of ours. He is a good, honest ranch dog who did everything right.

Yesterday, Moose was found left at the front doors of the local pound.

Alone. Injured. Confused.

Waiting for a future someone else decided for him.

The moment we heard, we knew we couldn’t leave him there.

Even though the ranch is completely full, we hooked up the trailer and went to get him. And the second Moose saw Dallas, this big tough ranch dog absolutely lost it — tail spinning, whole body shaking, peeing everywhere from pure excitement.

He remembered us. He wanted to come home.

And now he’s safe.

But Moose is a medical case.

He’s got a small injury that needs treatment, just meds and a vet visit.

We can give him the care, the training, the space, and the stability — but we need help covering his immediate needs so he can settle in safely for winter.

His GPS collar (so we can safely integrate him with the ranch dogs)

His dog house for winter

His kennel

He’s happiest with dirt under his paws and a job to do. He’s an incredible ranch dog, and he deserves the chance to heal and get back to being himself.
