Last year, my husband & I adopted 2 kittens from the same litter. Their names are Luna Fresa & Mona Nugget. The shelter told us Mona had a significant heart murmur. Last May, we got her an echocardiogram & the vet found she has a hole in her left heart ventricle. About a month ago, we had her seen by a Veterinary Cardiologist and learned that surgery can repair her heart. She is the most outgoing & fearless little cat I’ve ever known. We would love to get her heart repaired as soon as we can afford it. The surgery will cost at least $4,000.00. She is in good condition now, but over time the hole in her heart will inevitably cause her problems. Help us give our little Nugget the best chance at life possible. If any funds are left over after the surgery, we will donate them to our local Humane Society.

Thank you for your kindness.
