Mr. Mokube has been diagnosed with a suspected pituitary tumor and has been recommended for a detailed comprehensive evaluation with our neurology team, followed by transnasal transsphenoidal surgery. This is a minimally invasive procedure that removes the tumor from the pituitary gland and skull base, followed by histopathology to determine any further treatment if required.

The outpatient evaluation will cost between $600 and $800. The transnasal transsphenoidal surgery will cost between $6,600 and $7,500 in India. We have contacted a specialist surgeon in India, and the total estimated cost, including $7,500 for the surgery and an additional $2,500 for transport and accommodation, will be necessary to help.
