Help Mocha Walk Again ❤️

Hi everyone,

My name is Karen, and I’m asking for help for our sweet 2-year-old Goldendoodle, Mocha.

One week ago, Mocha was tragically hit by a careless driver. Since that day, our lives have completely changed. She suffered a broken right front elbow and severe nerve damage to her left front leg, which has left her paralyzed. Mocha is unable to walk and drags herself to move. She also suffered a liver contusion, which we are monitoring closely.

We rushed her to emergency care and specialists here in the U.S., including a neurologist. We have already spent thousands of dollars trying to save her and give her the best chance at recovery.

After careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to take Mocha to Tijuana, Mexico, where experienced veterinarians quoted us $3,200 for:

• Elbow repair surgery

• Muscle and nerve injury surgery

• A 2-night hospital stay for post-surgery care

This option gives Mocha the best chance at healing while being more affordable than surgery costs in the U.S.

Unfortunately, we have now run out of funds, and Mocha urgently needs these surgeries to have a chance at walking again and living without pain. She is only 2 years old—loving, gentle, and full of life and it breaks our hearts to see her struggling.
