Hi, this account had been opened to help a 7 year old Ukrainian boy, Misha Prigunov, who has non-verbal Autism and needs speech therapy to develop his speech. Misha and his mom, Kristina are from Zaporizje, Ukraine, father and grandfather are at frontline. Misha and Kristina were able to escape to Lutvenia where he is attending special education school. Being from Ukraine, they don’t have access to necessary speech and other therapies since all available as privately paid classes. Misha is a wonderful boy who is very smart and able to speak 5-6 words. Misha absolutely loves his mother, she is fully dedicated to him and working in his school part time to make ends meet. The future of this child is unknown without special therapies. We were able to line up a well known speech therapist who started therapy sessions with Misha. Each lesson is E120 and it is 2.5-3 hrs one way trip on multiple busses to travel to het class.
