Give Mellow a Second Chance at Life ❤️‍

Mellow and his sister Marley were added to our family over the pandemic in 2020. In the last two days Mellow has fallen suddenly sick and is in critical condition. He was quickly diagnosed with Feline Idiopatic Cystitis Urethral Obstruction. In simple terms, he had a blockage in his urethra which prevented him to go to the bathroom properly. The vet was able to successfully unblock him but now he is facing other health complications such as his liver not working properly and does not have an appetite

Mellow is more than just a pet to me and my family. He has been therapy and comfort in times of uncertainty. He had given my grandma better quality of life as she has taken him as her own. He is just short of two years old and has so much life to live.

I am fundraising money towards Mellow’s vet bills as they are already totalling him $2,500. If he needs more interventions and tests it will cost more. To me it is worth the money as he is a huge part of my life and my family’s life. I am trying to do everything I can to not put him down due to lack of funds.
