I am starting this go fund me for my dear friend Melissa. Her Mother passed away this past Saturday. The expenses for her mothers creamation are out of Melissa's reach. I have worked with Melissa for 5 years. I have watched her spend all of her extra time caring for her mom, setting up nursing homes and care, dealing with medicare, doctors, nurses, having to move her mom, because of the poor care some places provided. Melissa has advocated for her mom for years. She has gone without to give to her mom, her children, and grand children. She lost her best friend 3 years ago, then sister 2 years ago and now her mom. I came in to work today not expecting to see her, but she said she just can not afford to take off. I want her to be able to afford the things she needs for her mom and be able to have time to grieve not stress on how to make ends meet. Please join me in helping her.
