Give Mel Reyes a Fighting Chance Against Cancer

Today, I come to you with a heavy heart but also with hope for the future. My mother, Mel Reyes, the anchor of our family and a source of endless love, was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She bravely underwent surgery in the hope of removing the tumor, but during the procedure, the doctors discovered that it was inoperable. They had to close her up and performed a bypass from her stomach to her small intestine to help her regain some semblance of normal digestion.

The journey so far has been incredibly challenging. We poured everything we had into her surgery, hospital bills, and professional fees for her team of doctors, leaving our financial resources completely depleted. Now, as we face the next crucial step—chemotherapy—our family is turning to our community for support.

Chemotherapy is essential to manage her condition and give her the best possible chance to fight this disease. However, without financial assistance, we cannot afford the cost of her treatments, medications, and the supportive care she needs to recover.
