Honoring the Life of Mary Anne Schlemm
We are the Schlemm Family and with heavy hearts share that our beloved mother, Mary Anne Schlemm (maiden name Ulrich), suddenly passed away in her home surrounded by her husband and children on August 3rd, 2025.
Mary Anne was a loving, strong, and caring woman whose presence filled every room with warmth and laughter. To know her was to love her. She was the heart of our family—a devoted wife, incredible mother, loving grandmother, the eldest of 9 children, and a faithful woman who lived her life with grace and compassion. She attended Catholic grade school, and her faith remained a guiding light throughout her life.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Joseph Schlemm, her four children Kyle, Zachary, Erik, and Katelyn Schlemm and one granddaughter, Leila Schlemm who adored her.
As we grieve this profound and tragic loss of our young 61-year-old mother, we are also working tirelessly to honor her memory with a Catholic funeral and burial that reflects her values, her faith, and the love she gave so freely. Unfortunately, the unexpected associated expenses have quickly become overwhelming.
We are raising funds to help cover:
- Funeral home service
- Catholic mass service
- Burial arrangements and headstone
- Repast/gathering after the service
Our goal is to raise $25,000 to give Mary Anne the beautiful farewell she deserves. Every donation, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated. If you’re unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing this campaign or keeping our family in your prayers.
Thank you for your love, support, and compassion during this incredibly difficult time.
With gratitude,
The Schlemm Family
