Hi My name is Martin. I'm usually an active person, however on the 27th of February I was knocked over by a car and am now paralysed from the neck down. I'm hoping that with everyone's help I can again hopefully become that active person again, weather that is through the use of a wheelchair, physio therapy or any needed medical equipment.
