Where to start…

Marianna was born healthy, beautiful, and precious! Little back story: I’ve had a hard time getting pregnant. I’ve had miscarriages after miscarriages, end result 11 failed pregnancies. She was my number 12, my rainbow, the only one living out of all the other babies. Well, giving birth to her was very traumatic. They broke my water, her cord became breached, they got me stuck in the elevator on my way to an emergency C-section, didn’t tell me she wasn’t breathing when they cut her out, didn’t tell my family I was bleeding out on the table. When they brought her up, they brought me back cold and gray and out cold… I woke up, we spent a week in there, got out and had an infection, had to go back in. Wasn’t out for a week and she suffered cardiac arrest June 22, 2025, at just 3 weeks old. My baby girl’s heart stopped. The local hospital said SIDS, but I refused to let her go, so now it’s cardiac arrest, HIE, respiratory failure. She requires a vent to breathe and a G-tube for eating… They said she couldn’t do basics and her life quality wasn’t going to be like a regular kid… She moves, she wiggles, she gets mad because she tries to figure out her little brain… MRI showed a brain bleed (stroke). Neuro couldn’t tell me if it happened before or after or what caused it, her birth or a fall at work while pregnant… nothing… She gets sick easily and now sick season is here and I just don’t have the funding to go to and from the children’s hospital every day. With me being her only caregiver, finding a job is more than impossible because she needs my attention 24/7… I’m just asking for help. There are so many therapies that are out of my insurance that are capable of helping her little brain heal. She still has growing to do and my biggest therapy I’m trying to get money for is Cybertron and red light therapies… I just need someone, just anyone, to give my baby a chance because honestly, doing this alone is hard and I don’t wish this on any mama, let alone dads out there.
