Hi, my name is Mandiah Haye. I have stage 5 kidney failure. I have to do dialysis twice a week. I also have high blood pressure and diabetes. My treatment costs about $1500 a day, and that does not include travel costs to get to the treatment facility. I also have to be on a strict diet and take supplements, and because I don't have the funds for it, most days I just eat crackers.

My 11-year-old son is the most help I have, and it breaks my heart knowing that I can't do more for him as his mother. If I get the funds, I have a better chance of getting a transplant. I just want to be able to get back on my feet and work to give my son the life he deserves.
