Hello, my names Paige and I’m fundraising to help pay for my pups operation. Maggie was originally bought as a healthy 9 week old puppy but we soon realised she was 5 weeks old and was linked to puppy farms in Ireland. She was in the emergency vets within the first 24 hours with us. We were sadly told to prepare for the worst. However, our strong girl fought on and recovered but since then she has been back and forth to the vets for for several different reasons for 24 hour periods. She has been my right hand and we have spent several months together getting her fit and healthy, she is also the dog I want to have by my side when I become a dog trainer.

Unfortunately Maggie has had an ultrasound and we have found out that along with her body size her kidneys are also smaller than expected which has led to further complications. Maggie is needing to be referred to for a diagnosis and then surgery to fix these issues. Between the diagnosis and solutions we have been quoted £8000-£12,000 (which could increase depending on the results) but the insurance are unsure if they will cover and if they do it would barely cover the diagnosis. 

We would love nothing more than to give Maggie the life she deserves after all this trauma, with her not even being 1 yet we know she’s got years to go, even if she is slightly smaller than average
