Maddox was diagnosed with Stage 4 Medulloblastoma in December. He immediately went into 6 cycles of high-dose chemotherapy and 3 bone marrow transplants. We celebrated clear scans in July, but recently Maddox developed symptoms showing the disease had come back.

Yesterday, 9/31, we rushed back to the emergency room. After a day with lots of tests, scans, and all the things, we found out that Maddox’s cancer is back, very aggressively, and has metastasized into his spine. He is now being sent for more chemo and now radiation. This gives him the best possible chance at survival! He has a less than 18% chance of survival, but without this, it is zero.

We are devastated, confused, and all the emotions you can imagine.
