Meet Lulu! And 11year old sweetheart who was abandoned by her owner. When we found Lulu she was tied to a bench at a park with no food or water. After posting her on Facebook trying to find the owner we discovered that she was left on purpose by the owner. I am trying to provide her with care, medical exam, and whatever else I can do for her. She is such a sweet girl and didn't deserve to be left alone tied to a bench!
