Hi, I’m Alice and like many of you, I found myself on Niki’s shores… and in doing so, I found family.

Nikis place isn’t just a beach location. It’s a soul haven. A place where the sound of the waves reminds you to breathe. Where laughter floats through the air like music. Where time slows down and the heart remembers what matters.

And at the center of it all… is Niki.

She has poured her heart, soul, and spirit into this coastal sanctuary for years welcoming travelers, wanderers, and kindred souls from around the world with open arms and a generous heart.

It’s a place where friendships are formed around shared meals, hammocks, and sunsets. Where community is born without trying. Where joy shows up as easily as the breeze.

But now, this special place needs our love!!

The sea, which gives so much to this land, is showing up in a big way, and the beach house needs supported to be able to stand beside the sea for years to come.

An architect has estimated that $12,000 USD is needed to secure and protect the home long-term from erosion. But as anyone who's done construction knows, the quote is rarely the final bill.

To make sure Niki has the ability to move forward with this work confidently, with room to handle unexpected costs as they arise, I’ve set the fundraising goal to $27,000 CAD (approximately $20,000 USD).
