My wife went last minute Christmas shopping at pet smart yesterday and got a lot of toys for our birds and our dog (which loves the birds and does so great with them!) and she passed by a lonely lil buddy that looked really sad the toys in the cage were completely untouched and the millet wasn’t looking great either. They were feeding him all seed as well she said. I don’t know how long the tiel has been there alone in that cage, but I know by the looks of the cage he doesn’t look happy at all, and we just want to help the lil guy and make him happy. My wife has nicknamed him lonely bird as well. We currently have a cockatiel and 2 budgies that we adore and would love to make Mr Lonely Bird a part of our flock, but pet smart wants 600$ for him, and we just got married on 11/30 and weddings are expensive, so we can’t afford him unfortunately. However, we feel we can provide a loving and caring home for this bird, as our current birds love us to death and are extremely attached to us, and we put our animals first before any other priority as we don’t have children. If you were to be so kind and can spare a few dollars, please help us save Lonely Bird ❤️
