I met her on the street today.
A fragile shadow of what a dog should be — ribs showing, fur patchy, eyes clouded with pain.
She didn’t bark. She didn’t run. She just looked at me, as if asking without words, “Will you help me?”
I couldn’t walk away. Not from a soul that has known only hunger, sickness, and loneliness.
She’s not just “a stray.” She’s someone. She has felt cold nights, empty days, and the ache of being unseen.
I don’t know her past. But I know her future can be different.
And I choose to fight for that future — for warmth, food, medicine, and love.
Because no one deserves to be forgotten.
Help me help her!!
