Give Lampo a Second Chance at Life

Hi, my name is David, and I’m 18 years old and currently attending college.

On Friday morning, I woke up to the sound of my younger dog, Coco, barking at his best friend, Lampo. At first, I thought it was just their usual playtime. But when Lampo, my older dog, got off the bed, he collapsed and couldn’t move. We rushed him to the vet, where he was diagnosed with severe IVDD, leaving him paralyzed in all four legs.

The vet prescribed him steroids, which have helped a little, but not enough. The only option to save him is surgery, which is very expensive due to the surgery involvin nerves.Unfortunately, my family and I can’t afford the cost, and if Lampo’s condition doesn’t improve, we may have no choice but to put him to sleep to end his suffering.
