Hello, my name is Kha’Mara. I’m not the type of person who usually asks for help, but my family really needs help right now.

My mother-in-law recently passed after battling an illness, and we are trying to give my husband—who is incarcerated—the chance to say his final goodbyes.

He has been incarcerated for the past five years and has already missed out on some very important moments. He is near the end of his sentence and has completely turned his life around. In fact, his progress and rehabilitation were even featured on CNN.
