Kai-Zane is the smartest, sweetest boy you will ever meet, and he doesn't even have to say a word. My big brown-eyed, curly-headed, tornado child with the infectious giggle that makes everything better.

At 3 years old, Kai was diagnosed with level 3 autism. He is non-verbal and has high support needs. Despite consistent ABA, speech, and occupational therapy for almost 2 years, Kai remains non-verbal. We want to give Kai the greatest chances of success possible, which includes the ability to communicate all the beautiful, wonderful thoughts we know he has.

Unfortunately, even with insurance, AAC devices are incredibly expensive. Insurance will only cover 70% of the devices total cost and with prices ranging from $8,500 to $16,000, we are asking for help to give our boy the chance to use his voice, to give him the voice he hasn't had and the ability to communicate in a way he never has before.

All proceeds will go to the purchase of an AAC device for Kai-Zane.
