Help Me Fight for Junie

Hi, my name is Bella, and I am raising funds for my cat Juniper. She turns three years old in just a couple of days, and instead of celebrating, we are fighting for her life.

Over the past few weeks, June has stopped eating on her own, lost significant weight, and developed jaundice in her eyes, mouth, and ears. She is weak, dehydrated, and clearly not herself. She has had bloodwork, an ultrasound, medications, appetite stimulants, liver support, and fluids, but she still is not improving the way we hoped.

I have taken her to two different vets so far. One of them suspects she may have FIP, which is a serious and difficult illness to diagnose and treat. The other vet is not certain yet but agrees that her symptoms are severe and need intensive supportive care. I am comparing pricing for the FIP medication and trying to find clinics that can provide more affordable fluid therapy or stabilization.

I am doing everything I can for her. I am a student and I work, and I have used almost my entire CareCredit limit trying to get answers and keep her comfortable. At this point, I cannot continue her care alone, not with the cost of medications, fluids, possible feeding support, and ongoing vet visits.

What funds will help cover:

• Continued vet appointments

• IV or subcutaneous fluids

• Lab work and monitoring

• Anti-nausea medications and other supportive treatments

• FIP antiviral medication if we begin that path

• A feeding tube if she needs one

• Stabilization at a local clinic or hospital

• End-of-life care only if it becomes necessary (I pray it doesn’t)
