URGENT: Help Jonathan Lorick After Cancer Relapse: He Needs a Stem-Cell Transplant to Survive

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and urgent hope. Jonathan Lorick, a 29-year-old mechanical engineer, has bravely fought cancer once before—but now, he’s facing a devastating relapse, and time is of the essence.

Jonathan urgently needs to travel to Colombia for a life-saving stem cell transplant, and he must begin treatment immediately after completing bridge chemotherapy—there is no time to waste.

A Journey of Resilience

Jonathan’s battle began in 2021 with stage 3B metastatic testicular cancer. He endured surgery, 28 rounds of chemotherapy, and a major 6-hour operation to remove remaining cancer from his lymph nodes. After two years in remission, he was just getting his life back on track.
But in early 2024, Jonathan fell severely ill and began losing his vision. After months of hospital visits and uncertainty, he received a devastating diagnosis: Acute B-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer.

Despite completing 5 cycles of intensive chemotherapy and spending over 10 months hospitalized, Jonathan has now relapsed, and this aggressive cancer demands immediate action.

Why Time Is Critical

Doctors have made it clear: Jonathan’s best—and only—chance at long-term remission is an allogeneic stem cell transplant. This transplant must take place in Colombia right after his current round of bridge chemotherapy finishes. Delaying this could drastically reduce his chances of recovery.

What We're Raising Funds For

The total estimated cost is $100,000 USD, and Jonathan’s savings have been depleted due to continuous treatment and medical bills.

Your donation will help cover:
• Stem Cell Transplant Procedure – $60,000
• Recovery Accommodations – $20,000
• Unforeseen Medical & Living Expenses in Colombia – $20,000

Every dollar goes directly to Jonathan’s treatment and survival.

Who Jonathan Is

Jonathan is more than a cancer patient—he’s an incredible friend, a devoted boyfriend, and a light in the lives of everyone who knows him. Despite everything he’s faced, he continues to smile, uplift others, and fight with everything he has.

He had to give up his job due to his illness, but he hasn’t given up his dreams. With your help, he can fight back and have a real chance at life again.

How You Can Help

Jonathan's window for treatment is closing fast. He needs to get to Colombia as soon as his bridge chemotherapy ends.

Please, if you're able, donate today—no amount is too small. If you can’t give, we ask from the bottom of our hearts that you share this campaign with your network.

You’ll be kept updated throughout his journey, and your support—whether through donations or shares—means everything to Jonathan and his family.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for standing with Jonathan in this critical moment.

With deepest gratitude,
Justin
