Everyone, meet Jolie!

Jolie once had a family who loved her. She was cared for, slept in her own bed, and knew what it meant to belong. But everything changed the day her family left and decided not to take her with them. They dropped her off at a crowded municipal shelter, leaving her behind with only her collar, name tag, and bed. She kept waiting for them to return, but they never did.

The shelter was terrifying for her. Over 400 dogs trapped in concrete pens, constant barking, the echo of fear and stress all around. The noise never stopped. Jolie, once gentle and happy, shut down completely. She refused to eat, spending her days curled up on her bed, trembling and heartbroken.

We couldn’t let her fade away in that place. We took Jolie out of the shelter to give her another chance at life, hoping to send her to the USA where she can finally have a loving family again.
