My name is Mersades. I work at Costco with John. Ever since I have moved here from California, John has been a great friend to me and always made me feel welcome! He is a man of God, a fantastic father, and a close friend to many. John is that guy that you always know is in the room no matter where you went. He is the life of the party at Costco. No matter where John was at work he had the longest line. Why? Because he made everyone feel like family. He knows your name, your family, events and genuinely cares. John cares more about his family than himself. He always came in to work with a funny story of what mischief his kids were getting into. 

This past Sunday night John had a headache and took some medicine. His wife later found him unconscious and they air flighted him to Salt Lake City. He is currently in a coma an has been diagnosed with Acute hemorrhagic leukoencephalitis (AHLE). It is extremely rare for someone to recover from it. If anyone can do it it will be John. 

I ask for your support to help John’s family during this time. They are currently in Utah at University of Utah Neuro Critical Care Unit, away from their home in Pocatello Idaho. It is the Fourth of July, and his sons birthday is on this upcoming Saturday. Any help would mean the world to John. And to anyone who reads this, Thank you.
