Give Jill HOPE in her cancer fight--

My sister, Jill Forshey, is fighting the battle of her life with pancreatic cancer. A 64-year-old widow, mother, and grandmother to her precious 3-year-old grandson, Jill has led an active life despite her cancer diagnosis a year and a half ago. She has been an avid pickleball player and a dedicated servant in her community, having just completed two years on her Home Owners Association Board. However, the increasing side effects of her treatment have taken away her ability to continue many of those activities.

Unfortunately, both of the chemotherapy drug regimens she endured over the past year and a half were unsuccessful in stopping the cancer growth. But HOPE has come as she was recently approved for a clinical trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center (TX). Her participation in this trial requires her to travel from South Florida to Houston weekly.

We are launching this GoFundMe account to help with the numerous expenses surrounding these trips, ie, travel, lodging, meals, and assistance from family and friends during this time away. Everything raised will help with these frequent and necessary trips to Houston.
