Give Jet More Years: Donate for His Care

Hello everyone,

This is my fur baby Jet. Jet isn’t just a pet, he’s been my best friend, my protector, and my saving grace. I rescued Jet when he was just 1 year old and he has been by my side ever since. He has been there through every tear, every late-night breakdown, and every moment I didn’t think I could keep going. He’s my emotional support. He truly saved my life more times than I can count. He may just be a dog to some, but he means the world to me.

Jet is the sweetest dog ever, not only is he loved by me and my son, he is also loved by the all neighborhood children. He is the best cuddle buddy and his presence lights up the room. Within the last few weeks Jet took a turn for the worse. I took him to the vet, and we found out he has Lymphoma. Which is cancer of the lymphatic system. His liver was also failing.

The doctors gave him a 20% survival rate and after just 2 chemo treatments, his survival rate has increased to 50%. Doctors are optimistic with continued treatment that he will able to go into remission. Lymphoma has a 70% to 90% remission rate with ongoing proper treatment. If we act fast, Jet could have years left, not just months.

However, his treatment and hospital stay is very costly—estimated at almost $40,000. I am doing everything I can, i’ve exhausted ALL my options. I realized that I can’t do this alone. Jet’s diagnosis is at a very high percentage of going into remission. It’s just a matter of financially being able to afford his hospital stay and chemo treatments for the next 19 weeks. Every donation will go directly towards that including his medications, supplements, and his quality of life. We appreciate any amount donated, If you can’t donate, sharing this means just as much!

Jet has spent his whole life bringing nothing but love, comfort, and joy to me, my son and everyone who meets him— his presence has an immeasurable impact on everyone around him. It’s our turn to fight for him! I want to give him the same love and support he has always given me. I want to fight for him the way he has for me.
