Give Jasmine the Farewell She Deserves

Our names are Melissa & Antonio Schiano,

it is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friends’ Christopher Minor & Crystal Baker’s daughter Jasmine Lyann Baker-Minor. Jasmine passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday July 28, 2025. She was born on December 18, 2021. She was born with congenital heart defects. She also developed epilepsy and was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis as well. She also had many tests, procedures, surgeries and hospital visits in her short life. She fought bravely for over 3 and a half years. She unfortunately, unexpectedly succumbed to her heart defects this morning. We are heartbroken & devastated. Jasmine was a bright light to all who met her. She had the biggest & most beautiful brown eyes. She was a true princess as her name suggests. She will be greatly missed. No parent should ever have to lose their child. She leaves behind her loving parents and her two brothers Jacob, 4, and Brandon, 1; as well as grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends who loved her dearly. We are asking for prayers at this time and if you are so compelled to do so, we have set this Go Fund Me up to provide them with assistance in giving their beautiful daughter a proper burial.
