Hi, my name is Megan and I am aiming to raise funds for my mother in laws dog, Jack. He's a 9 year old German Sheppard who desperately needs his teeth removed due to them being rotten.

The estimated cost for this is something that my mother in law just can't afford on her own, due to a long term relationship breakdown and then having been victim of ill health herself.

My mother in laws partner up and left her, leaving Jack behind, and having had Cancer, septic shock and losing a kidney as a result, she has been rendered unable to work. She has to have dialysis three times a week in order to stay alive and healthy, however prior to her diagnosis, she worked full time to provide for her family.

The last thing that we want is for Jack to suffer as a result of this misfortune, however having already had 2 infections due the rotten teeth and gums, each day for him is painful.
