Hi Everyone, my name is Jamyra Sanders. I am now a disabled nurse. I was recently diagnosed with a condition called Hyporeninemic Hypoaldosteronism that I've had since I was 19 years old. It's a condition where my kidneys do not make plasma to raise my blood pressure. I experience muscle weakness, fainting spells, exercise intolerance, irregular heartbeat, and confusion due to this condition. Every day is different. I no longer drive. I haven't worked a full week since August 29, 2025, without getting sick. I lost my job on October 3 because I came back to work too soon and made an error and poor decision due to my health. In 2023, after losing my brother, I began declining even more. In August of this year, I started having several episodes back to back. It put me in a financial bind. I cut a lot of unnecessary expenses, but I still need help! I need help financially to move out of my apartment. I was denied unemployment benefits. I need to be moved out of my house by the end of this month or the sheriff will move me. Please help me. Please find it in your heart and your budget to assist me.
