He is a Gazan resident, a husband, a father, a son. Before the war began, he was in the West Bank for work, hoping to build a stable future for the people he loved most—his wife, children, and mother—who remained in Gaza.

When the war broke out, everything changed in an instant.

Borders closed.

Movement was restricted.

And he became trapped in the West Bank, unable to return to his family.

He was their only financial support, working tirelessly to provide for them from a distance, determined to keep them safe, fed, and hopeful despite the chaos back home.

Then came the second blow.

A sudden, devastating diagnosis: Leukemia.

He was too sick to work.

He was hospitalized for weeks.

And during this desperate time, when he needed stability the most, his employer terminated his job because he could no longer perform physical duties.

Overnight, he lost his health, his income, and the ability to support his family, who continue to face unimaginable hardship in Gaza.

Now he has no source of income at all—not for himself, not for his treatment, not for his children who depend on him.

His only chance to survive this illness is to receive urgent, specialized leukemia treatment in Jordan, along with a companion who can support him through daily care, medication, and the difficult journey ahead. But the cost is overwhelming. He cannot afford treatment, accommodation, transportation, or even the basic medical needs that stand between him and survival.

This fundraiser is his last lifeline.

He is fighting a life-threatening disease while separated from the people he loves most. His children need their father. His mother needs her son. His wife needs her partner. And he needs us—now more than ever.
