URGENT: Help Save Two Brave Little Brothers Fighting for Their Lives

Hello,

My name is Sujita Tamang, and I am raising funds for two incredibly brave little boys who are facing unimaginable medical battles.

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share the story of two young brothers from the same family, both fighting life-threatening illnesses — a tragedy no parent should ever have to endure.

1. Nishchal Gurung (8 years old)

Nishchal, the elder son of Mr. Suraj Gurung, was recently diagnosed with Meningoencephalitis with Cerebral Edema — a severe neurological condition causing dangerous inflammation and swelling in the brain.

After multiple hospital visits, he was admitted to Medanta Hospital, Lucknow, and is now receiving advanced treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. His condition remains critical and requires long-term intensive care.

So far, the family has spent over ₹12 lakhs, and doctors estimate that the total cost could exceed ₹60 lakhs.

2. Anil Gurung (6 years old)

Adding to this heartbreak, Nishchal’s younger brother, Anil (6 years old), has been diagnosed with kidney cancer. He has just begun treatment under pediatric oncology specialists, and the family is devastated — emotionally and financially.

A Family in Crisis, Fighting with Courage

Their father, Mr. Suraj Gurung, and their grandfather — a dedicated Indian Army soldier currently serving in Counter-Insurgency Operations in J&K — have exhausted all personal savings, taken loans, and sought help from relatives and friends.

Despite their immense courage and strength, they can no longer manage these overwhelming medical expenses alone.
