Hello everyone my name is Alondra and I am trying to raise enough funds to be able to take my aunt to Tijuana where she will be given medical attention to fight against her cancer. Ever since 2018 my aunt Maria was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had faced countless rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries. After we thought the sickness was over, doctors found a tumor in her brain that needed immediate surgery to prevent it from spreading. The surgery all went well and once again we thought she was done fighting against all these sicknesses. Recently we were given the news that she had developed cancer again but this time in her femur. Each treatment brought hope, but also took a toll on her body and spirit. Despite the pain and exhaustion, my aunt never lost her positive attitude. She continued to be there for her children, her husband, and all of us, always putting others before herself. Now, after years of fighting, my aunt is exploring new treatment options to improve her quality of life. These treatments come with significant costs, adding financial strain to an already difficult situation. Hola a todos mi nombre es Alondra y estoy tratando de recaudar fondos suficientes para poder llevar a mi tía a Tijuana en donde le darán atención médica para luchar contra su cáncer. Desde 2018, a mi tía María le diagnosticaron cáncer de mama. Se había sometido a innumerables sesiones de quimioterapia, radioterapia y cirugías. Después de creer que la enfermedad había terminado, los médicos le detectaron un tumor en el cerebro que requería cirugía inmediata para evitar que se propagara. La cirugía salió bien y, una vez más, pensamos que ya había terminado de luchar contra todas estas enfermedades. Recientemente nos dieron la noticia de que había desarrollado cáncer de nuevo, pero esta vez en el fémur. Cada tratamiento le trajo esperanza, pero también le pasó factura en cuerpo y alma. A pesar del dolor y el agotamiento, mi tía nunca perdió su actitud positiva. Siguió estando ahí para sus hijos, su esposo y todos nosotros, siempre anteponiendo a los demás a sí misma. Ahora, después de años de lucha, mi tía está explorando nuevas opciones de tratamiento para mejorar su calidad de vida. Estos tratamientos tienen costos significativos, lo que añade presión financiera a una situación ya de por sí difícil. Queremos darle todas las oportunidades posibles para que viva cómodamente y pase tiempo valioso con sus seres queridos.
