Eric is not just a beloved father, a loyal friend, and a skilled craftsman; he is the heart of his family. As a single dad raising three boys—Dylon, Mayson, and EJ—and the primary caregiver for his elderly father, Gerald, Eric has always put others before himself. Now, he's fighting his second battle with leukemia, and this time, the stakes are even higher.

Eric first faced this diagnosis in 2023, enduring months of relentless chemotherapy and a long hospital stay. After finally hearing the words "in remission," he clung to hope. But after just a few short months, the cancer returned. This time, his only chance for survival is a bone marrow transplant, scheduled for mid-December. Eric's recovery will require an extended stay near Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, far from his family and the home they've worked so hard to keep.

The emotional toll this has taken on Eric and his family is beyond words. But on top of that, the financial burden has become crushing. Eric, who has always been the sole provider, has been out of work for an extended time, and his family is now struggling under the weight of mounting medical bills, travel costs, and day-to-day expenses.
