At AirWorks, we believe in family and right now, one of our own needs our support.

One of our beloved team members and her wife recently welcomed their beautiful baby into the world much earlier than expected. Born at just 32 weeks, their tiny fighter has been in the NICU ever since, receiving the intensive medical care needed to grow stronger each day.

As you can imagine, this unexpected journey has come with mounting medical expenses, and the financial strain has only increased. To be close to their baby, the new moms have been staying in hotels near the hospital—over an hour away from their home—so they never miss a moment or a milestone.

We want to help ease their burden so they can focus on what matters most: caring for their little one and supporting each other through this incredibly emotional time.
