Hello, I didn't want to create a gofundme but we don't have much option as a family. Unfortunately the father of our children (Damien Mcdonald) lost his life in a road accident on his way to work on the 03/02/23 at the junction leading from spring Bank to chanterlands avenue hull. This was his regular route to work every day.

We have 3 young children together who are 2, 5, and 6. Damien also has a son who is 9. We are grieving as a family and his children are finding the sudden incident extremely hard to deal with and process.

Damien was only 30 when he was taken from us, he was an amazing father and cared greatly for anyone he was close with. He was the type of man to give you the clothes off his back. He was the most kind and gentle man we have ever known and was taken from us far too soon.

Damien was a hardworking man for his children, he was a motorbike enthusiast and unfortunately that is how he lost his life. Because of his enthusiasm for motorbikes, as a family we want an extra special send off for him.

We would like to use a motorbike hearse and have a specially designed motorbike headstone, he would have loved this. We would also like to get a memorial bench for where the accident took place.

We are asking for help so we can give Damien the best funeral we can, something to always remember him by. I know he would have done the same for anyone else.

If anyone can help provide Damien with the best we would greatly appreciate it and forever be in your debt, we know Damien would have done the same.
